i bought this item because of the picture. when it came it was nothing like the picture. i didnt want a deep waffle iron i wanted one of the thinner ones. the company i bought it from said they are not responsible for the picture that was placed with the site. the description tells nothing about it accept it is a waffle iron. when i called the company they said to ship it back if i wanted a refund but it cost as much to ship it back as it did for the product. i would not buy from this company again.. amazon is fine but the individual company… no.
